There was ALWAYS something else to do, something “better.” More important. Now I believe there is NOTHING more important than creative expression, and the one constant in my life has been writing.

And I agree with you Philip, write for the sake of it. For the joy of it. Just DO it, in any case. And for me, it doesn’t matter who reads it, if it gets published or not. It’s just something I am drawn to do, an expression of my innermost self, and I’m having a ball.

Good luck with your workshops! You know I think you are a great teacher!
